Payments and Refunds:
Usual practice is to pay 50% deposit at reservation and the balance at least one month before sailing. If the reservation is cancelled, we return the deposit until 1 month before sailing and 70% of the price until 10 days before sailing.
Your boat will be prepared for sailing and fully equipped at agreed place and date with or without skipper/instructor according to your order. If not, we will provide a replacement boat the same day or grant a proportionate deduction from the price for each day of delay.
Sailing in Scotland (courses, charter) are paid in GBP to the UK account. Charter in Greece can be paid either in GBP to our UK account or in CZK to our Czech account.
