That was just a few years ago. Many things have since changed, not just in my village, but around the world. Technology is disrupting all aspects of human existence and our lifestyles have changed. Industries are being demised and new ones are coming up with our lexicons constantly evolving to accommodate new tech-evolutions.
Technology advances faster than ever before. Do not believe the simplistic view that IT is an inexorable cost with no return. Instead, accept technology that is right for you today and will grow with your business in the future. Accept that upgrades are essential for product development, sales training, and team building. Do not delay upgrades until all technology in your industry is obsolete or no longer supported by software. You’ll be left with a huge upgrade cost.
Asking the audience about their concerns is the best way of getting to know them. Interview representatives from different departments that will attend your presentation. Ask them what their focus is, what their concerns are, and their knowledge on the subject of your presentation. Understand what their issues are, both from a technology and a business perspective. What is their concern and how does it relate with technology? If you cannot answer the question of how they will benefit from what you plan to do technology-wise, don’t show until you’ve figured it out. Every audience member wants to know what’s in it for them. Find out what your audience wants and provide the information they need during the presentation.

Now, gaming technology is being applied to your cell phones so that you can now make calls, send texts, check emails and play some of the latest games around.
Classroom technology is costly. Schools might be able to save money by only purchasing the equipment they need. This could mean less resources available for students. Students may need to share their computers, as there might be only a few computers available in each classroom. This can become problematic when there are multiple tasks. One solution is to put enough resources in one place, but this can create problems. Teachers and students must move around in order to use the technology. Teachers have to limit the amount of lessons they deliver due to the high cost of teaching materials.

If you call while I’m driving and ask me to make an appointment for next Tuesday, chances of me not being there are slim.
As you begin your career, use only one form of technology at a time, apart from the chalk or white boards. Plan carefully what you need to do. Make sure you practice. It is important to have all parts that are required for the technology to work. A remote control. Check that it works and the batteries are fresh.
PATIENCE AND PERSISTENCE. Some consultants enter a job with a timeline already having been decided. However, the best will be patient and open to working within your deadlines. There are likely to be training frustrations and other setbacks. It is important that you remain calm and patient in these situations.
